3:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. David H. Goodsell, 46, of College Avenue, charged with failure to pay a fine.

6:10 -- 1504 Pine Ave., criminal mischief and petit larceny. Ronald M. Cook of Georgetown, Ont. said a side window in his van was broken and a cell phone was taken.

6:45 -- 21st Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Tommy C. Dial, 21, of Cary, N.C., charged with operating without a license and making an improper turn.

12 -- 1509 Willow Ave., miscellaneous investigation. Yvonne Stutler said a man pointed at her, fired a gun, entered a pickup truck and drove away.

3:15 -- 30th Street and Independence Avenue, petit larceny. A 9-year-old boy said two youths took his bike.

5:52 -- 535 19th St., petit larceny. Irma C. Forney said a man took her telephone/answering machine and caller identification box from her apartment.

7:30 -- 1317 Main St., petit larceny. William Davison said his cordless phone was taken from his unlocked room.

8 -- 2415 Willow Ave., criminal mischief and petit larceny. Robin K. Pierce said a window in her vehicle was shattered and about 100 CDs were taken.

8:30 -- 1354 Willow Ave., petit larceny. Ramona F. Welch said a window in her van was broken and a TV, VCR and camcorder were taken. Also, a window in her car was broken and the dash damaged.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Mickey M. Harris, 22, of South Avenue, charged with harassment.

9:10 -- 1522 Main St., Rainbow Amusement Center, attempted burglary. Stephen J. Koturowicz said a door window was broken in an unsuccessful entry attempt.

9:30 -- 1311 Pierce Ave., petit larceny. Shirley A. Farrell said $100 was taken from her purse.

10:05 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Marcus Arrington, 34, of Buffalo, charged with failure to appear.

10:10 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Henry J. Primerano, 40, of 102nd Street, charged with two counts of failure to appear.

10:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Shirley L. Dillen, 42, of 87th Street, offering a false instrument.

10:30 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., Docker's, harassment. Mark A. Pirinelli said two men punched and kicked him.

10:45 -- 8020 Niagara Falls Blvd., Denny's Restaurant parking lot, larceny. Peter E. Maier said his lap top computer was taken from his car.

10:55 -- Quay and Niagara streets, arrest. Patrick D. Dick, 25, of Grand Island, charged with failure to appear.

12:30 -- 374 Spruce Ave., petit larceny. Jennifer Davison said her unemployment check for $38.75 was taken from her mailbox.

1:05 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops market, petit larceny. Michele L. Graham said her purse with a $450 money order and personal items was taken from her shopping cart.
