BENNETT HIGH GETS BOOKS BY, ABOUT BLACK WOMEN

More than 100 books by and about African-American women will be presented to Bennett High School today as a result of a local Greek letter society's efforts. The books were collected by the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Gamma Phi Omega Chapter.

The collection will be housed at the Main Street high school and will be available not only to the students there but to the entire community through the Buffalo and Erie County inter-library loan program and the Internet.
