5 -- 8400 block of Troy Avenue, assault. A 12-year-old boy said some juveniles initiated a fight with him and one knocked his head on the curb and another punched him in the head.
5:50 -- 1969 Niagara St., arrest. Russell A. Billings, 49, of Elmwood Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct.
6:25 -- 8470 Niagara Falls Blvd., Gas Plus, larceny. A person pumped $17.18 worth of gas and left without paying.
7:30 -- 700 block of Cedar Avenue, harassment. A 38-year-old woman said a man came to her apartment and called her names.
8:05 -- 2706 Highland Ave., arrest. Diane Pearson, 36, of Pine Avenue, charged with second-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection.
8:15 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd., arrest. Celestino Chavaz, 34, of Lake Road, Appleton, charged with disorderly conduct after he was following women around the mall and refused requests to leave the mall.
8:30 -- 1500 block of Ontario Avenue, harassment. A 54-year-old man said a group of juveniles were on his porch and threatened him and his son.
9:05 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops market, petit larceny. Gladys E. Williams said her wallet, containing $55, was stolen from her purse in her shopping cart.
10:10 -- Lafayette Avenue at Hyde Park Boulevard, fourth-degree criminal mischief. Shaun L. Bosi said a rock was thrown at his vehicle.
11:15 -- 1007 87th St., fourth-degree criminal mischief. Joseph M. Sortore said his vehicle's rear tire was slashed.
12:55 -- 2325 Pine Ave., Reele's Automotive Sales, third-degree grand larceny and criminal mischief. A man smashed a window and stole a car from the lot.
12:55 -- 400 block of 23rd Street, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree menacing. A woman said a man threatened to blow up her house, kill the father of her children, and broke a kitchen table and smashed a mirror.
1:59 -- Cedar Avenue, first-degree sexual abuse. A 4-year-old boy told his grandparents that a woman in Pennsylvania had asked him to lie naked in bed with her and touch her in inappropriate ways.
2:05 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., harassment. A Wilson man said a man pushed him through a plate glass window.
2:30 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., third-degree assault. A Fourth Street man said a man approached him in a nightclub, was verbally abusive and punched him in the face.
2:43 -- 1976 Cudaback Avenue, third-degree assault. A barmaid said she asked a patron to stop kicking the jukebox and the man took her head and slammed it into the jukebox.
4 -- 1030 Niagara Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief. A woman said a man put sugar in her gas tank and in her carburetor.
4:25 -- 2007 Ferry Ave., arrest. Charles A. Jackson, 20, charged on two warrants with failure to appear and failure to appear and pay a surcharge.
4:25 2008 Ferry Ave., third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal possession of stolen property. Tonya Faison said a door to her apartment was kicked in and a television, radio and VCR were stolen.
9:30 -- 518 19th St., burglary. David E. Adams said a bedroom window was broken and cable TV converter box and a Social Security check were stolen.
10 -- 7900 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, harassment. A New Jersey man said a man shoved him, swore at him and refused to give him a receipt he had asked for.
10:20 -- 1151 Cleveland Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief. Emma C. McCall said a brick was thrown through her second story window.
10:20 -- 441 Elmwood Ave., criminal mischief. Jacques Meness said a man smashed his car's windshield with a metal pipe.
noon -- Main Street at Cleveland Avenue, criminal mischief. Bruce K. Andrew of James Avenue said an unknown object struck his vehicle as he was driving through a railroad underpass.
12:35 -- 6720 Buffalo Ave., NOCO Express, larceny. A man pumped $27 worth of gas and left without paying.
12:44 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., second-degree harassment. Leonard G. Lapp, Jr. of Jerauld Avenue said a man punched him in the face while he was in a bar.
1:30 -- 1200 block of 94th Street, harassment. A 28-year-old woman said a woman threatened her and called her obscene names.
