MILLS TO FIELD QUESTIONS ON GRADUATION PROPOSALS

State Education Commissioner Richard P. Mills will answer questions about proposed high school graduation requirements during a call-in show from 8 to 9 p.m. Tuesday on WNED-TV.

The state Board of Regents in November will consider a plan that would require students to pass five Regents exams in order to graduate and would increase the required number of credits to 22 from the present 20.5.
