I want to congratulate the Sabres organization on taking another pivotal step toward that direction that they felt they needed to go when they didn't sign coach of the year Ted Nolan. That step is, of course, this whole ridiculous matter concerning one of the most popular sports figures that ever played in Buffalo, Pat LaFontaine.
After giving up our season tickets, I am certain now that I will never attend a Sabres game this year. This organization really knows how to take a good thing and make it the laughing stock of the NHL. I'm fortunate to have a satellite dish, so I can continue to watch LaFontaine play. The best to Pat with the Rangers. Thanks for a great six years.
To the Sabres organization, now that you have some extra money, you can use it to buy some of your own tickets.
