4:05 -- 2513 Niagara St., petit larceny. Kerry Kitchen of Orleans Avenue said two boy's bikes were stolen from the school yard.

4:16 -- 2700 block of Highland Ave., fourth-degree grand larceny. Daniel M. Scarupa of the Town of Niagara said he stopped for a red light and a man reached into his car and took a cellular phone from the passenger seat and ran off.

5:22 -- 1924 Falls St., arrest. Donte R. Dickey Jr., 27, charged with driving with a suspended license, failure to surrender registration, unlicensed operator, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unrestrained driver and unregistered motor vehicle.

6:30 -- 700 block of Niagara Street, arrest. Shawn M. Sanders, 24, of Cedar Avenue, charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and no license.

6:30 -- 445 1/2 Elmwood Ave., criminal mischief. Darryl L. Martha said a group of juveniles spray painted his car's front bumper.

6:55 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Jerry A. Phillips, 28, of Lockport Street, charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

8:16 -- 11th Street and Cleveland Avenue, arrest. Rasheen M. Martin, 18, of Lockport Street, charged with criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana.

8:40 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops market, petit larceny. Nicole Tomasulo of Walnut Avenue said her bike and a friend's bike were stolen from the store entrance.

8:50 -- 2722 Pine Ave., arrest. Kenny N. Moore, 35, of Fairfield Avenue, charged with petit larceny and on a failure to appear warrant.

9:17 -- 9900 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, third-degree assault and menacing. A 25-year-old man said an intoxicated woman hit him in the face with a lamp and a shoe and threatened to kill him with a knife.

9:30 -- 356 Rainbow Blvd., N., second-degree criminal mischief. Martinek Zdenek of North Carolina said he left his car keys in the trunk lock by accident and when he returned his car had been smashed into a concrete abutment and a portable CD player and 12 compact discs were stolen.

10 -- 421 Fourth St., fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree burglary. Michael T. Smith said an unlocked kitchen window was entered and a 12 gauge shotgun was stolen.

10:15 -- 1300 block of 11th Street, second-degree robbery. Frank J. Giameattista of Pierce Avenue and William L. Caskinett of Linwood Avenue said while walking they were confronted by three men who said they had a gun and demanded their wallets, which containing a total of $21 and personal papers. They also stole a set of keys.

10:30 -- 1000 block of Niagara Street, arrest. Gary D. Parenti, 31, of Forest Avenue, charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, failure to reduce speed at an intersection, passing a red light and failure to signal a turn.

10:40 -- 500 block of 12th Street, fourth-degree criminal mischief. Amanda Martin of Chilton Avenue said a man scratched her vehicle.

11 -- 1306 Whitney Ave., criminal mischief. Deborah Whitmer said a man with whom she was arguing left and broke a window from the outside.

11 -- 1900 block of Lockport Street, third-degree criminal mischief. Ethel J. Booze of North Avenue said a rear window of her parked car was broken and the trunk damaged.

1:04 -- 4839 University Court, second-degree burglary. Antwan M. Giles said a window in his home was broken and a back door was opened, the upstairs was ransacked and a color television with video cassette recorder, a cable TV box and a cordless telephone were stolen.

1:10 -- 2000 block of Ferry Avenue, fourth-degree criminal mischief and harassment. A 23-year-old woman said a man punched her in the head and face, ripped her clothes and fled.

1:15 -- 621 10th St., Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, arrest. Dorothy A. Gabrielli, 42, of Elmwood Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct.

1:16 -- 20th Street and Ferry Avenue, arrests. After police broke up a large group of people fighting, charged with disorderly conduct were Dallas W. Mort, 22, of 24th Street; Gary E. Glenn, 28, of Ferry Avenue and Ivan C. Smith, 29, of 20th Street.

1:30 -- 300 block of Ferry Avenue, criminal mischief. Robert J. Basso of 78th Street said his car's driver side window was smashed.

2 -- Packard Court, third-degree assault. A 25-year-old woman said a man punched her, kicked her to the ground and took $300 from her purse.

2 -- 1642 Weston Ave., arrest. Alfonzo M. Maye, 25, of South Avenue, charged with second-degree criminal trespass after a woman said he let himself in with an old key and refused to leave.

2:29 -- 2933 Ninth St., fourth-degree criminal mischief. Robert L. Seyler of Michigan Avenue said his car's front tire was damaged and a side mirror was broken.

2:30 -- 433 Prospect St., fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. Christopher Konczyk of Buffalo said his parked car's passenger side window was smashed and an AM/FM cassette radio and a back pack were stolen.

3:50 -- 1672 Ontario Ave., arrest. Janet M. Zito, 43, of Whitney Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct.

4:19 -- 2520 Highland Ave., La Rendevous Restaurant, second-degree harassment. A Buffalo woman said a man kept asking her to dance and when she refused he swore at her, slapped her and punched her in the face.

5:30 -- 1600 block of Ferry Avenue, arrest. Richard J. Steinman, 47, of Washington Street, Bergholz, charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, passing a red light and speeding.

7:30 -- 3B Packard Court, arrest. Melissa N. Felvus, 22, of Buffalo Avenue, charged with disorderly conduct.

9:30 -- 452 Fourth St., third-degree burglary and petit larceny. Paul E. Dach's apartment was entered and drawers were opened.

10:25 -- 200 block of Rainbow Blvd., parking lot, fourth-degree criminal mischief. Flora Hopkins of Islip, said her driver side door vent window and a rear window were damaged.

11:38 -- 617 Elmwood Ave., petit larceny. Bonnie Coty said her car's front tire and rim were stolen.

Noon -- 3056 Monroe Ave., criminal mischief. Leo Ciskiewic, Sr. said paint was thrown on his parked car.

Noon -- 492 23rd St., possible burglary. Police were investigating a man who had a shopping cart full of flooring tiles, which may have been taken from an area garage. The man was stopped and released.

1 -- 1145 Haeberle Ave., petit larceny. Russell Laughlin of Seneca Avenue said $20 was taken from the ashtray of his parked car.

1:30 -- 1300 block of Ashland Avenue, second-degree harassment. A woman said a man came to her house and tried to take their son away and pushed her down.

1:40 -- 714 Eighth St., petit larceny. Robert C. Tryon said a combination knife was stolen.

2 -- 6505 Niagara Falls Blvd., larceny. Lundell Keating of Australia said he dropped his wallet and it was returned, but was missing $50 in U.S. currency and $400 in Canadian currency.

2 -- 485 23rd St., larceny. Ann Stapleson said her pager and its leather case were stolen.

2:58 -- Rainbow Bridge Customs, arrest. Anthony C. Raymond, 22, of Webster, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
