After traveling to Budapest, Prague and Vienna, Matthew D. Bauer and his bride, Christina M. Wehle, will be at home in Washington, D.C. The Rev. Charles D. Bang performed their marriage ceremony Saturday at 4 p.m. in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, preceding a reception in the Twentieth Century Club.
Parents of the bride are Richard E. Wehle of East Amherst and Betty Nelson-Wehle of Buffalo. Rudolf and Julia Bauer of Williamsville and Point Abino, Ont., are parents of the bridegroom.
A graduate of Nardin Academy, the bride has two bachelor's degrees from Syracuse University and is a marketing specialist with Best Software Inc., Reston, Va. The bridegroom was graduated from Williamsville South High School and Cornell University and attended Sony/American Film Institute. He is director of development communications for Georgetown University.
