Dupont (E.I.) De Nemours & Co.: Stacey J. Mobley, vice president, exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common at $16.13 each Aug. 13 and 14; to cover expenses of the transaction Mobley turned in 5,253 of them for $65.75 each Aug. 13 and 14, sold 4,247 shares in the open market at $64.06 each Aug. 13 and 14, and now directly and indirectly holds 12,601 common. Edgar S. Woolard, chairman, exercised an option for 104,600 shares of common at $18.50 each from Aug. 8 to Aug. 27; to cover expenses of the transaction Woolard turned in 59,769 of them for $67.78 each from Aug. 8 to Aug. 27, and sold 20,000 shares in the open market between $64.63 and $68 each from Aug. 8 to Aug. 27. Woolard indirectly sold 5,756 shares of common at $64.69 each from Aug. 11 to Aug. 27, and now directly and indirectly holds 364,703 common.

Forest City Enterprises Inc.: William M. Warren, vice president, purchased 263 shares of class A common at $47.75 each on July 31, and now directly and indirectly holds 413 class A common.

General Mills Inc.: Stephen W. Sanger, chairman, exercised an option for 3,595 shares of common at $18.69 each Aug. 6 and 7; to cover expenses of the transaction Sanger turned in 1,008 of them for $70.91 each Aug. 6 and 7, disposed of by gift 450 shares at an unreported price Aug. 6 and 7, and now directly and indirectly holds 48,386 common.

General Motors Corp.: Harold R. Kutner, vice president, sold 895 shares of common at $63.31 each on Aug. 4, and now directly and/or indirectly holds 2,828 class H common and 10,049 common.

Graham Corp.: J. Ronald Hansen, vice president, sold 300 shares of common at $17.69 each on Aug. 7 and no longer holds shares in the company. Frederick D.
