Mary O. Namenanik, who worked at Remington Rand as a piece worker, died Tuesday (Sept. 23, 1997) in her home on 14th Avenue in North Tonawanda. She was 66.

The former Mary Pospiech was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and also worked as a sales clerk for Jenss Department Store in the Summit Park Mall, Wheatfield.

Survivors include her husband, Wasil Namenanik; two daughters, Joanne Juzwiak of Forked River, N.J., and Barbara Juzwiak of Niagara Falls; a sister, Anne Bolibruck of Peterborough, Ont.; two brothers, Nick and Sandy, both of St. Catharines, Ont.; and two grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3275 Elmwood Ave., Town of Tonawanda, with prayers at 9:30 in Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St., North Tonawanda. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda.
