3:15 -- Arrest. Cassandra R. Mayham, 23, of Buffalo, charged with two counts of forgery, obstructing governmental administration, criminal impersonation, operating out of class, no insurance and speeding.

4:06 -- 1013 1/2 Grove Ave., petit larceny. Marie Anderson said a man took her cell phone from her kitchen table.

4:08 -- 1725 Pierce Ave., larceny. Debbie A. Graham said someone took two bikes from her yard.

4:15 -- 1914 1/2 Pine Ave., Niagara Gold Buyers, petit larceny. John J. Konecki said two men and a woman came into the store, and while the woman and one man distracted him while the other man took about 10 gold chains from a display case.

4:20 -- 1124 Portage Road, larceny. Janelle Pelletier said two boys took a set of keys from her car and ran when they saw her.

4:42 -- 3343 Ninth St., petit larceny. Everlana E. Jackson said a pair of shoes, a pair of sandals and a pair of shoe stretchers were taken from her home.

5:15 -- 400 block of Seventh street, harassment. A woman said a man threw her to the ground and kicked her several times.

9:20 -- 15th Street and Michigan Avenue, arrest. Dale Roundtree, 23, of Seaman Road, Middleport, charged with criminal impersonation, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to signal and failure to pay a fine.

10:15 -- 454 Main St., Howard Johnson Motor Lodge, grand larceny. Dan C. Williams of Fort Worth, Texas, said $500 in cash and $1,300 in traveler checks were taken from his room.

12:11 -- 8700 Niagara Falls Blvd., arrest. Richard M. Porembski, 32, of Lafayette Avenue, charged with operating with registration suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation, no license, passing a red light, no seat belt and imprudent speed.

12:24 -- 8001 Buffalo Ave., arrest. Charles W. Bietz Jr., 38, charged with criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools.

2:20 -- 442 67th St., menacing. Donald F. Parks said a man pushed him from behind while he was in his cab, tried to leave without paying, kicked his cab and pointed a .22 caliber rifle at him.

9 -- 320 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Shirley L. Strope, 26, of 74th Street, charged with aggravated harassment.

9:07 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Chester G. Haugabook, 27, of Falls Street, charged with failure to appear.

9:50 -- 1344 1/2 Ashland Ave., criminal mischief. Lee Chandler said a man and a woman broke a window, damaged two doors and left trash and animal waste throughout the house.

10:04 -- 350 Third St., Radisson Hotel parking ramp, petit larceny. Leslie B. Jones of Valparaiso, Ind., reported a set of golf clubs stolen from his truck.

10:20 -- 1361 Ashland Ave., petit larceny. Lee Chandler said a man took a doghouse.

10:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. John Destino, 44, of Portage Road, charged with failure to appear.

11 -- 726 Linwood Ave., burglary. Krista Fero said her apartment door was forced and her TV, VCR and stereo were taken.

11 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Christopher A. Gabrielli, 20, of 75th Street, charged with failure to pay fines.

11:10 -- 6020 Buffalo Ave., larceny. Antoine Kapalan said a man wrote him a check for $650 on a closed account.

11:29 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Keith G. Agee, 26, of 22nd Street, charged with violation of a conditional discharge.

1:11 -- 2423 Falls St., burglary. Bridget M. Kuhn said a man pushed in the window screen to her apartment, kicked her leg, chased her and punched her.

1:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Owen Stone, 40, of Jordan Gardens, charged with assault.

1:20 -- 6302 Buffalo Ave., Petro USA, larceny. An employee said a woman has been giving away products to customers.

2:20 -- 8400 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, harassment. A man said a woman has been following him for the last several months, calling his home and taping him with a camcorder.
