Uniland Development Co. has purchased a five-building office portfolio from Syracuse-based B.G. Sulzle Inc. for more than $6 million.
The buildings, located in Amherst's Audubon Office Park, total approximately 90,000 square feet of space and combined are 95 percent occupied.
The handful of buildings are located at 90, 90B and 130 John Muir Drive, 11 Pinchot Court and 2351 North Forest Road.
Major tenants in the facilities include Royal Insurance, Hartford Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Dun & Bradstreet, Utica Mutual Insurance and the Amherst Industrial Development Agency.
"This portfolio not only offered a unique opportunity to purchase a group of properties that are well located with respect to the balance of Uniland's existing portfolio, but they also provide an immediate opportunity to demonstrate Uniland's ability to deliver a high level of management services to an outstanding group of tenants," said Nancy R. Dobson, Uniland's executive vice president.
Jeffrey LiPuma of CB Commercial Comvest brokered the deal.
