SENTENCING SET IN BURGLARY CASE

Sentencing is scheduled Oct. 6 for an Olean man who pleaded guilty Tuesday before Cattaraugus County Court Judge Larry M. Himelein to a house burglary in Olean.

Daniel T. Wilson, 20, of North Seventh Street pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary in July 1996 in Olean. Wilson was sentenced to jail in July 1995 when he pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary also in Olean, earlier that year.

Misty Shydlinski, 21, of Franklinville pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument May 17 in Franklinville when she found a check and attempted to cash it.

Bail was set at $5,000 for Eric S. Hix, 27, of Jamestown who is being held in the county jail. He pleaded innocent to first-degree sexual abuse May 7 in Salamanca.
