The Jamestown Local Development Corp. Tuesday approved a $25,000 loan paving the way for a Rochester-based investment company to move into an office at Third and Main streets.
Essex Capital Markets, Inc. is a financial planning firm. The loan is part of a $102,000 project.
Samuel Teresi, the agency's executive secretary, said the money will go for interior upgrades and equipment purchases. The project will create six full-time jobs.
