3:23 -- 300 Third St., Radisson Hotel, criminal mischief. A security guard said the glass top of a pinball machine was shattered.

4 -- 4006 DeVeaux St., assault. Rosalind C. Brown of South 86th Street said a woman dragged her inside and punched her in the face.

4:5 -- 486 21st St., criminal tampering. Christopher Licata said a large piece of glass was placed in his backyard swimming pool.

4:08 -- 301 Rainbow Blvd., harassment. Mark R. Barrus of 10 C St. said a man came to his place of business and threatened him.

7 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Stephen G. Noto, 27, of 74th Street, charged with failure to appear in court.

7 -- 1358 Ashland Ave., arrest. Wayne D. Vaughn, 48, of Portage Road, charged with failure to appear.

7:56 -- 3365 D St., criminal mischief. Dawn M. Clark said her car was scratched.

8:10 -- Attempted rape. A 14-year-old girl said a 16-year-old boy fondled her and made improper moves several days ago. She said the attack stopped when the girl's friend came into the room.

8:10 -- 87th Street and Buffalo Avenue, reckless endangerment. Angela M. Mameli, 14, of 82nd Street; Cara M. Gibbis, 13, of Brandi Drive and Victoria E. Michienzi, 14, of 102nd Street said someone in a car shot a pistol at them as they rode their bicycles on Buffalo Avenue. A bullet struck Miss Mameli's rear bike wheel, damaging it.

8:35 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd., arrest. Barbara B. Burns, 47, of Niagara Avenue, charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sales.

8:56 -- 2824 Pine Ave., Wilson Farms, petit larceny. Manager Christina M. Zipp said a man fled without paying for an item.

10:09 -- Niagara Falls Boulevard and Military Road, arrest. Brenda L. Flanagan, 38, of Memorial Parkway, charged with disorderly conduct.

11:17 -- 1309 13th St., arrest. Kelly R. Soto, 32, charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest after police responded to a domestic incident.

11:30 -- Whirlpool Bridge, arrest. James L. Henry, 24, of Buffalo charged with criminal possession of stolen property, not having a driver's license, no proof of insurance and no vehicle registration. Police said Henry was trying to enter the United States from Canada in a car stolen in Buffalo.

1:20 -- 460 22nd St., burglary. Josephine Catanese said her garage was broken into and her lawnmower was stolen.

2:25 -- 407 10th St., burglary. Jamica V. Crittenden said $180, a gold Mickey Mouse ring and a gold nugget ring were stolen from her apartment.

7:44 -- 6302 Buffalo Ave., Gulf gas station, petit larceny. Manager Jean Martin said a man pumped $20 worth of gas and drove away without paying.

8 -- 5687 Lindbergh Ave., petit larceny. Wendy L. Kovacs of 19th Street said her mountain bicycle was stolen from a carport where it was chain-locked.

8:55 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Linda J. Bars, 48, of West Main Street, Olcott, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving an uninspected motor vehicle and passing a red light.

9 -- Lost credit card. Keiichi Shimizu of Tokyo, Japan, said he lost his credit card inside a taxi.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Duane L. Hanson, 36, of Fifth Street, charged with failure to pay a surcharge.

9:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Bryan S. Kollupski, 21, of Hilton, charged with driving while intoxicated, not having a driver's license and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

9:53 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Jose Santana, 30, of 62nd Street, charged with harassment.

11 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Edgar J. King, 18, of Niagara Avenue, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

11:37 -- 15th Street and Weston Avenue, arrest. Charity L. Verdesia, 23, of 15th Street, charged with prostitution.

1 -- 1600 block of Cleveland Avenue, sexual misconduct. A 29-year-old woman said a man exposed himself after she accepted a car ride.

1 -- 815 84th St., Niagara Co-Op Nursery School at Riverside Presbyterian Church, burglary and petit larceny. Wendy S. Manchetti said stole a computer, a monitor and a printer were stolen.

12 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Angelo A. Leo Sr., 31, of Whitney Avenue, charged with failure to pay a parking ticket.

3 -- 2946 McKoon Ave., harassment. Teresa Neri said a woman has been making repeated annoyance calls to her paging device.

4:05 -- 2320 16th St., harassment. Michelle A. LaMark said a man drove his car into her driveway and threatened to hurt her and kill her dog.
