An Italian "experience" and a concert by students in 4th through 12th grades are on the program for this weekend's Niagara Summer Experience in E. Dent Lackey Plaza.

Power City Lodge and Volare Lodge of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America will begin serving food at 4 p.m. Saturday, and entertainment will begin at 6 p.m. Among the performers will be the Picoine Club Italia dancers and Night Beat, an Italian band, both from Niagara Falls, Ont.; and the Command Performers of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Students in a summer arts enrichment program held by the Niagara Summer Fine Arts Program will perform a concert finale at 7 p.m. Sunday in the plaza. More than 120 instrumental music students participated in the summer program. The cast of the program's presentations of "Bye Bye Birdie" and "South Pacific" also will perform.
