Two men were accused of beating up a third about 8:10 p.m. Monday in front of the Dairy Queen, 10051 Niagara Falls Blvd., Officer James Conte said.

Christopher Forsey, 21, of 9810 Moschel Court, and Jeremy L. Davidson, 18, of 1507 98th St. were charged with third-degree assault. Conte said they knocked down James K. Horne, 17, of Cudaback Avenue, and repeatedly punched and kicked him until a bystander intervened.

3 youths linked to earlier robbery

NIAGARA FALLS -- Three youths were arrested Monday night in connection with a Saturday robbery, Detective John Donner said.

William P. McMillian, 16, and James R. DePadre, 18, both of 414 1/2 Seventh St. were charged with second-degree robbery. Also arrested by Detective Jan Seel was a juvenile male, Donner said.

The trio was accused of assaulting Thomas Zacher, 45, near his Fifth Street home about 3 a.m. Saturday, beating him, and stealing $600.
