4:12 -- 518 Sixth St., criminal mischief. William E. Higdon of 30th Street said a window and a door lock were broken on a rental property he owns.

4:40 -- 1152 North Ave., burglary. Allson Powell said his shed was broken into and an all-terrain vehicle and a go-cart were stolen.

4:45 -- 4126 Lewiston Road, criminal mischief. Dawn M. Caccamise said a youth playing baseball on the grounds of Maple Avenue Elementary School struck her home with a ball, damaging siding.

5:20 -- 7920 Niagara Falls Blvd., Delta Sonic, petit larceny. Rickey L. Rogers of Whitney Avenue said his wallet, containing $340, a birth certificate and a Realtors license, was stolen after he left it in an employee bathroom.

7 -- 16D Jordan Gardens, harassment. Sheila Powell said a woman called her abusive names and threatened her on the sidewalk in front of Ms. Powell's home.

7:15 -- 8279 Niagara Falls Blvd., Leon's Pizza, petit larcenies. Jason R. Dixon of 82nd Street and Ryan N. Robazza of 84th Street said two boys rode off on their bicycles while they were inside the pizzeria.

9:05 -- 3462 Ninth St., petit larceny. Sylvester Means said a woman took $200 from his pants pocket at his home.

9:30 -- 532 Memorial Parkway, assault. Earnest J. Watts Jr. said a woman threw a vase at him.

9:30 -- 1300 block of Pine Avenue, arrest. Marvin L. Hamilton, 47 of Decatur, Ga., charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, not having proof of insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and not having a pretrip inspection.

9:45 -- 1000 block of Fairfield Avenue, arrest. Jesus M. Ubiles Jr., 27, of 16th Street, charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

10:05 -- 602 17th St., petit larceny. John Quarcini of 75th Street said a woman grabbed his wallet, containing $70, and ran.

10:30 -- 1911 Ferry Ave., A-Plus Mini Mart, petit larceny. Charles N. Felvus of Niagara Avenue said someone stole his bicycle from outside the store.

10:50 -- 1500 Main St., harassment. James A. Ocejo of Portage Road said a man driving a taxi stopped, got out and punched him in the face after Ocejo accused the man of stealing his bicycle.

10:53 -- 414 1/2 Seventh St., petit larceny. Patricia J. Johnson said a man who was visiting her son at her home took $50 from a table and fled.

11:10 -- 9021 Zito Drive, burglary. Donald C. Siracuse said a CD player, 20 CDs, a cellular telephone and battery, a die-cast car collection, a paging device, a camel-hair coat and a buck knife were stolen in a break-in.

Cannot distribute vertically 11:15 -- 1344 1/2 Ashland Ave., burglary. Deborah S. Carter said two mixed-breed puppies were stolen from her basement.

12:20 -- 1839 Michigan Ave., criminal mischief. Carlvetta M. Alston said her picnic table was set afire in her back yard.

1:25 -- 1742 Mackenna Ave., arson. Edward H. Weston said after hearing a "pop" he looked outside and saw his car was on fire. A Fire investigator said a rear window was broken on Weston's car, and a flammable liquid was likely poured inside and ignited.

2:45 -- 7611 Buffalo Ave., Docker's, arrest. Santo J. Lapolice, 28, of 92nd Street, charged with disorderly conduct.

3 -- 1932 Main St., P.M. Niagara II, disorderly premise. Police said there were several fights and bottle-throwing outside the bar.

3:09 -- 1932 Main St., P.M. Niagara II, arrests. Anthony R. Haynes 28, of 22nd Street; and Aisha Carr, 20, of Centre Court, charged with disorderly conduct.

4:22 -- 1301 15th St., arrest. Dana D. Carr Sr., 30, of North Avenue, charged with harassment.

4:30 -- 1825 Ontario Ave., arrest. Yvonne Carr, 30, of Ontario Avenue, charged with failure to pay parking tickets.

4:45 -- 1727 Mackenna Ave., harassment. Michelle A. Stepanowicz said a man punched her in the face, pushed her out a front door and smashed her car's windshield.

11 -- 217 72nd St., burglary. Robert L. Gualano said a welder, a paint gun and a mitre saw were stolen from his garage.

12:25 -- 469 20th St., criminal mischief. Betty M. Voyksner said a blue line was spray painted across the length of her home.

12:40 -- 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tops market, grand larceny. Kevin R. Morrison of Guelph, Ont., said his mountain bicycle was stolen from a utility trailer in the parking lot.

12:45 -- 1515 Whitney Ave., petit larceny. Jeff M. Steiner said a patio table and chairs were stolen from his front porch.

2:55 -- Rainbow Centre Factory Outlet mall, Burlington Coat Factory, arrest. Ahmed H. McCray, 19, of Cudaback Avenue, charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest.

2:58 -- 4006 DeVeaux St., harassment and trespassing. Lori A. Rogler said three teen-age girls came to her home seeking her daughter. One of the girls physically confronted Ms. Rogler, breaking her gold chain necklace.

3 -- 23 Mason Court, arrest. Vincent M. Wozniak, 23, of Fourth Street, charged with assault after Jeffrey Christian of 72nd Street said Wozniak attacked and punched him about the head and body as Christian was entering his own car.
