James Frederick Snyder, divisional officer, exercised an option for 10,000 shares of common at $17.31 each on June 20, sold 9,000 shares at $35 each on June 20, and now directly and indirectly holds 16,598 common.

Corning Inc.: Sandra L. Helton, no longer required to file as an insider, sold 5,000 shares of common at $52 each on June 6 and now directly and indirectly holds 80,039 common.

FMC Corp.: Ronald D. Mambu, vice president, sold 1,900 shares of common at $79 each on June 23 and now directly and indirectly holds 5,294 common. James A.
