EVE BRASURE, JAMES BERRY WED IN TIFFT PRESERVE

The wedding of Eve E. Brasure and James Berry took place Saturday at 1 p.m. in Tifft Nature Preserve, where a reception was given and where the bride is a volunteer.

The Rev. Carl F. Thitchener of Unitarian Universalist Church of Amherst heard the vows of the daughter of Donald and Carol Brasure of Town of Tonawanda and the son of Fern Berry of Orange, Calif., and the late Walter Berry. After a trip to California, the couple will be at home in Town of Tonawanda.

A project engineer with Kanti Technologies Inc., the bride is a graduate of University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. The bridegroom, an associate professor of biology in University at Buffalo, is a graduate of Pacific University with a doctorate in genetics from Iowa State University. He did postdoctoral work in University of Utah at Salt Lake City and Rutgers University.
