3:10 -- North Tonawanda Police Department, arrest. Michael D. Fritschi, 22, of Ohio Street, charged with failure to appear in court.

3:15 -- 801 Pine Ave., arrest. Derek V. Grochala, 24, of 85th Street, charged with petit larceny.

4:35 -- 73 S. 68th Street, LaSalle Yacht Club, grand larceny. A Luther Street man said someone stole his boat from a yacht club slip after cutting ropes that secured it to another boat.

4:35 -- 8119 Niagara Falls Blvd., aggravated harassment. A woman said a man made a threatening telephone call to her home.

4:45 -- 11th Street and North Avenue, arrest. Owen Stone, 39, of Jordan Gardens, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with a suspended driver's license, driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and not using a seat belt.

5:35 -- 614 20th St., petit larceny and criminal impersonation. A Pine Avenue woman said someone fraudulently obtained her Social Security number to obtain electrical service and left a $68 debt.

6 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Clovis Thomas, 29, of South Avenue, charged with assault.

7 -- 1312 Ontario Ave., harassment. An Ontario Avenue woman said a woman encouraged her children to throw chunks of dirt on her sidewalk.

6:25 -- 1911 Ferry Ave., petit larceny. A 21st Street woman said someone stole her property.

9:10 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Markets parking lot, arrest. Franklin J. Starks, 28, of Jordan Gardens, charged with driving without a driver's license, driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to pay fines.

9:40 -- 37th Street and Walnut Avenue, arrest. Thomas E. Haworth, 37, of Buffalo, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not using a seat belt.

9:45 -- Highland and Grove Avenues, arrest. Jason J. Seright, 23, of Michigan Avenue, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without taillights.

1:47 -- 1570 Buffalo Ave., arrest. Christopher J. Bonk, 34, of Buffalo Avenue, charged with attempted assault and resisting arrest.

3 -- 340 19th St., petit larceny and criminal trespassing. A man said a man came into his home and took his mountain bicycle without permission.

3:11 -- 8721 Niagara Falls Blvd., arrest. Albert W. Slocombe, 37, of Portland Street, Town of Niagara, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without auto insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without a seat belt.

8:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Margi A. Blake, 42, of Forest Avenue, charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

9:30 -- 7815 Buffalo Ave., Capt. Bill's Scuba, lost cash. Lana Merino said $20 is missing from cash receipts.

10:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Terry T. Walker, 36, of Ninth Street, was detained for the Buffalo Police Department.

10:30 -- 2244 Falls St., illegal dumping. A woman said someone has been leaving branches behind her garage.

1:10 -- 305 Fifth St., arrest. James M. Johnson, 42, of Ferry Avenue, charged with failure to appear in court.

1:35 -- 2603 Welch Ave., aggravated harassment. A man said a man made a threatening telephone call to him at home.

1:20 -- 2721 10th St., petit larceny. A man said a woman stole $120 from his wallet sometime overnight.

1:55 -- 825 Pine Ave., Wedge Liquors, issuing bad checks. Owner Brian C. Mokhiber said two men wrote three bogus checks to the store totaling $180.

2:30 -- 516 Seventh St., arrest. Debra L. Payne, 38, of Seventh Street, charged with aggravated harassment.

3 -- 600 Mill St., Whirlpool Bridge, arrest. Charles R. Friesner, 23, of Loneview, Texas, was detained for the Texas State Police.

3:15 -- 8505 Niagara Falls Blvd., A-Plus Mini Mart, grand larceny. A Buffalo Avenue man said someone stole his car after he left the keys in the ignition while he went inside to pay for gas.
