Firefighters use an aerial unit to pour water on a three-alarm blaze that destroyed a vacant warehouse Thursday at the abandoned National Gypsum plant in Clarence. Neighbors and fire officials described the abandoned plant, most recently occupied by a construction company and full of building debris, as a "fire waiting to happen."
