3:40 -- 1414 Main St., arrest. Daniel B. Walker II, 49, of Willow Avenue, charged with criminal mischief and failure to appear after Michael L. Lore said he kicked two dents in his truck.

4 -- 29th Street and Pine Avenue, petit larceny. A 9-year-old boy said about five boys took his unlocked bike from outside of the Wilson Farms store.

4:52 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd. N., petit larceny. Denisa Jirouskova of Niagara Falls, Ont., said she and Stepanka Jirouskova locked their bikes outside of the Rainbow Factory Outlet Mall and when they returned about 1 1/2 hours later they were gone.

4:54 -- 1112 Willow Ave., petit larceny. Cynthia M. Travis said a youth borrowed a video from her daughter and refuses to return it.

5:25 -- 800 block of 84th Street, larceny. Todd W. Matthews said someone took a CD player from a car.

5:50 -- 447 Ninth St., arrest. Juan M. Cox, 20, of 12th Street, charged with assault.

6:40 -- 13th Street and Willow Avenue, arrest. Wayne E. Payne, 41, of Michigan Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

7:45 -- 932 Ontario Ave., harassment. Benjamin L. Reed said two men threatened to beat him and James V. Roberts, and one punched Roberts in the face.

8 -- 434 18th St., petit larceny. Timothy D. Rissel said someone took his bike from alongside his apartment.

8 -- 434 18th St., burglary. Donna L. Winker said someone took her CD player from her apartment on July 20 and she found it in her back yard.

9 -- 600 block of 21st Street, harassment. A 15-year-old girl said a woman yelled in her face and pushed her face with an open hand.

10:10 -- 729 19th St., arrest. Edward W. Edmiston, 42, of Niagara Street, charged with failure to pay a fine and surcharge.

10:20 -- 722 Eighth St., criminal mischief. Carol A. Mack said two boys threw a rock and broke her door pane.

10:46 -- 6621 Niagara Falls Blvd., Riviera Motel parking lot, criminal mischief. Gunvant Patel of St. Catharines, Ont., said three men broke his van's window.

11:30 -- 79th Street and Niagara Falls Boulevard, arrest. Olivia Mixon, 40, no address, charged with failure to appear.

2:25 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Erica S. Hall, 25, of Fairfield Avenue, charged with assault after a 17-year-old girl said she stabbed her in the upper left back with a steak knife.

2:27 -- 9215 Niemel Drive, attempted burglary. Ellsworth Charlton said some people have been trying to enter his apartment.

2:52 -- 738 81st St., larceny. Jeremy T. Horab said his car's CD player, three amplifiers, six speakers and 12 CDs were stolen.

3:10 -- North Tonawanda Police Department, arrest. Michael D. Fritschi, 22, of Ohio Street, North Tonawanda, charged with failure to appear.

3:15 -- 801 Pine Ave., arrest. Derek V. Grochala, 24, of 85th Street, charged with petit larceny.

3:18 -- 1911 Ferry Ave., larceny. Linda M. Legg said that when her 13-year-old son went into the A-Plus Mini Mart someone took his bike.
