Shawn Korman, 22, of 94 Fieldstone Drive, Grand Island, accused of selling an Erie County narcotics investigator $165 worth of cocaine last December, was arrested Wednesday in his home, authorities said.
Korman was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, according to Alan Rozansky, chief of the Erie County Sheriff's Department's Narcotics Bureau.
"The importance of this arrest is that these kids in the suburbs are coming into the inner city from our patrol areas and taking back and selling the drugs in their respective communities," Rozansky said.
"This is not a city problem. Drugs have no boundaries," he added.
