TIP OF THE WEEK

Choose blueberries that are plump firm and of uniform size. Refrigerate for up to 10 days. To freeze: simply spread the berries out on a tray and put in the freezer. When the berries have frozen, pour them into a heavy plastic bag. That way you can pour out as many berries as you need. (They defrost very quickly.)
