STOCK CAR DRIVER'S DEATH RULED DUE TO BROKEN NECK

A stock-car driver died of a broken neck when his dwarf-class car skidded into a guardrail at Kelly's Memorial Motorsport Park last Saturday, Genesee County sheriff's investigators said Tuesday. Carl S. Dalo, 51, of Henrietta was on the next-to-last lap when he crashed.
