4:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Clinton Robertson Jr., 39, of Memorial Parkway, charged with failure to appear in court.

4:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. James E. Elder, 37, of Lafayette Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

5 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Richard Iveys, 39, of Ninth Street, charged with failure to appear.

5:50 M 13th Street and Niagara Avenue, arrest. Larese E. Ellison, 17, of Ninth Street, charged with failure to pay a surcharge.

6:30 -- 3751 McKoon Ave., harassment. Edwin L. Chatmon said a woman used abusive and threatening language.

7:50 -- 2923 22nd St., assault and harassment. Samone Brown-Shelton said a man slapped her face.

8:10 -- 274 22nd St., criminal mischief. Valerie Walker said a door pane was broken at her home.

8:40 -- 628 21st Street, arrest. Deborah A. D'Appollo, 43, charged with failure to pay a parking ticket.

9:05 -- 417 Elmwood Ave., burglary. Robin K. Hess unspecified items were stolen in a break-in.

9:20 -- 29th Street and Porter Road, arrest. Tracy R. Greene, 34, of Niagara Street, charged with driving with an expired license, passing a stop sign and failure to pay a fine and surcharge.

9:50 -- Stephenson Avenue Park Gazebo, criminal mischief. A witness said three youths broke slates out of the gazebo. Police said they apprehended the juveniles responsible.

9:50 -- 1361 104th St., petit larceny. Richard H. Miljour, 15, said a witness told him two boys stole his bicycle.

9:55 -- 1300 block of Whitney Avenue, arrest. William L. McCarthy, 35, of Lockport Street, charged with burglary, menacing and criminal mischief after Debbie M. Miller of Whitney Avenue said McCarthy broke in a door at her home and chased her through the house with a board from the door frame.

11:56 -- 2712 15th Street, vehicle fire. George W. Confer of Ontario Avenue said his truck caught fire.

12 -- 20th Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Amanda S. Goodison, 20, of Buffalo, charged with disorderly conduct.

12:05 -- 1514 Pine Ave., Wilson Farms, reckless endangerment. Danielle T. Franks of Forest Avenue said a woman drove by in a car and fired five or six shots from a BB gun at her.

12:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. James A. Vicki, 39, of Cedar Avenue, charged with assault, menacing, aggravated harassment and criminal mischief after Carol A. Mack of Eighth Street said Vicki choked and punched her in the head. She also said he damaged her television by throwing it on the ground and smashed figurines.

8:30 -- 1364 Centre Ave., Niagara Community Center, criminal mischief. Tony Newsome said someone broke a glass door at the center.

9:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Samuel M. Tabone Jr., 29, of Williamsville, charged with failure to appear.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Benny D. Streeter, 30, of 21st Street, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

9:30 -- 19th Street and Ferry Avenue, harassment. Amanda S. Goodison of Buffalo said a teen-age girl slapped her face while she sat in a car.

10 -- 1507 Elmwood Ave., petit larceny. Michael R. Licht said a woman stole two citizen band radios, bake ware and a vehicle title and registration from his home.

10:45 -- 7001 Buffalo Ave., Best Western Inn on the River, petit larceny. Benjamin T. Hempstead of Prosport, Ohio, said two cartons of cigarettes, three pairs of sunglasses and two pairs of men's shorts were stolen from his father's sports utility vehicle.

11:05 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Jason Hannon, 22, of 19th Street, charged with harassment.

11:15 -- 2723 20th St., New Jerusalem Church, violation of order of protection. Michael E. Nabors of Ide Road, Wilson, said while he was preaching a woman against whom he has an order of protection ran up and started "swinging wildly" at him in the pulpit.

12:03 -- 8297 Niagara Falls Blvd., Fashion Bug, arrest. Robert Alexander, 50, of Fairfield Avenue, charged with petit larceny.

12:17 -- 533 Tronolone Place, harassment. Stephanie E. Falcone of Portage Road said a man struck her and punched her in the back.

12:30 -- 1302 Main St., HANCI, burglary. Sharon K. Spradling said a new Rototiller was stolen from the agency's garage.

1:35 -- 752 Portage Road, aggravated harassment. Karen L Schroth of North Kline Road, Lewiston, said someone has been making annoyance telephone calls to her home.

1:45 -- 416 20th St., arrest. Robert McClain, 27, of South Avenue, charged with assault.

3:30 -- 7414 Niagara Falls Blvd., Target store, petit larceny. Manager Jason D. Williams said a woman has been making illegal cash credits to her store account.
