FIVE ARE SENTENCED IN CHEEKTOWAGA COURT

Cheektowaga Town Justice Thomas Kolbert sentenced Daryl Daniels, 27, of 27 Trammell Walk, to 15 days in the Erie County Correctional Facility after Daniels pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, court
officials said Tuesday.

Daniels was arrested in September 1994 on petit larceny charges and gave a false name to police, court officials said.

Also, Town Justice Ronald E. Kmiotek sentenced:

Kimberly Campbell, 26, of 64 Weber Ave., to 90 days in jail for violating terms of his probation by not paying fines.

Linda Kwaczala, 35, of 86 Shanley St., Cheektowaga, to 90 days in jail for violating her probation after being charged and arrested for criminal possession of a controlled
substance in November 1996.

Dynell Jamison, 25, of 537 Glenwood Ave., to 90 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to attempted petit larceny. He took $96 worth of merchandise from the Walden Galleria last December, court officials said.

Terrell L. Wilson, 21, of 210 Ericson Ave., to 15 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to driving without a license in March 1996 while on Walden Avenue.
