3:15 -- 600 block of 21st St., harassment. Debra D. D'Apollo said a woman has been threatening her and shouting profane language at her.

4:10 -- 6302 Buffalo Ave., Petro Gas station, petit larceny. An employee said a man prepaid to pump $6 worth of gas at one pump then pumped another $15 worth on another pump but drove away without paying.

4:38 -- 350 Third St., Radisson Hotel, criminal mischief. Robert E. Murphy of Deer Park, said a window was broken on his sports utility vehicle.

5:20 -- Rainbow Bridge, arrest. Vasant M. Popat, 51, of Brantford, Ont., charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after immigration authorities said he was driving with a suspended Canadian driver's license.

5:40 -- 2865 Ninth St., burglary and criminal mischief. Africa K. Thornton said her apartment door was forced open and $200 was stolen.

6:39 -- 300 Third St., Radisson Hotel, petit larceny. John T. DiGirolomo of Del Ray, Fla., said prescription medication was stolen from his hotel room.

7:20 -- 11E Packard Court, arrest. Michael P. Milton, 21, charged with assault and criminal mischief after Jamie Muldoon said Milton pushed her into a wall and pulled her hair.

8:40 -- 4600 Hyde Park Blvd., petit larceny. Mark J. Young of 17th Street said someone stole his mountain bicycle from the rear of an apartment building.

9:20 -- 710 Niagara St., Vince and Guy's Sunoco, petit larceny. An employee said a man pumped $2 worth of gas and left without paying.

10:45 -- 534 24th St., burglary. Michele L. Farrell said a stereo and various food items were stolen from her home.

12:06 -- 3335 Royal Ave., burglary. John H. Evans said his garage door was kicked in and a 50-foot extension cord was stolen.

1:45 -- 513 12th St., arrest. Alfred E. Huff, II, 18, of 17th Street, charged with assault after Crystal G. Martin of Porter Road said Huff punched her in the nose.

9:45 -- 1800 block of Pine Avenue, arrest. Sonia M. Czechorowski, 24, of 23rd Street, charged with failure to appear in court.

12:15 -- 6500 Niagara Falls Blvd., harassment. John B. Pagano of Demunda Avenue said a man attempted to break his car window while he sat in his car with a woman in the parking lot.

12:10 -- 720 10th St., aggravated harassment. June L. Rizzo said someone has been making annoyance telephone calls to her home.
