2 TEENS THROWN FROM CAR DIE IN CRASH

Two teen-agers were killed in an accident on the State Thruway, state police said.

Jesse Martin, 18, of Gettysburg, Pa., and Michael Burger, 17, of Corning died after their southbound vehicle lost control and flipped over Saturday, police said.

Neither was wearing a seat belt, and both were thrown from the vehicle, according to police. They were both pronounced dead at the scene. A dog in the vehicle survived the accident.

The accident occurred near the New Baltimore service station, about 15 miles south of Albany. It remained under investigation.
