The Kosiuszko Club, 252 Nevins St., will construct an addition to the kitchen along the Doughty Street side of the building.
A permit for the $132,000 project has been issued by Building Inspector Allan Zurawski. The club is taxable property, Zurawski added.
A permit also has been issued for construction of the parking lot at the site of the former Ford House, 509 Central Ave. Demolition on that site has been completed. Brooks Memorial Hospital, owner of the property, wants the lot finished before winter, according to information given to the Planning Board.
