3 -- 1 Niagara St., arrest. Roger Graham, 27, of Trinidad, detained for U.S. Immigration.

3:15 -- 549 Fourth ST., Dr. Hee K. Choi's office, larceny. The doctor said a woman took a prescription pad and tried to pass obtain prescriptions.

4:21 -- 2200 block of Weston Avenue, grand larceny. A woman said a man took a microwave oven, oak desk with personal papers, TV, CD player, and an oak stereo cabinet.

4:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Lalisa D. Craig, 23, of Elmwood Avenue, charged with grand larceny.

4:40 -- 2900 block of 20th street, menacing and harassment. A 17-year-old girl said a woman threatened her with a knife.

5:26 -- 2900 block of North Avenue, criminal mischief. Kathi-Ann Winterstein said someone punctured two tires on her pickup truck.

6:15 -- 2203 Linwood Ave., attempted burglary. Craig A. Hiczewski said someone pried open a basement window.

6:19 -- 1327 Ontario Ave., larceny. Cecil E. Harris said a woman took a battery charger from his basement.

6:55 -- 1600 Elmwood Ave., arrest. Herbert L. Wooten Sr., 29, of Cudaback Avenue, charged with attempted robbery after a 15-year-old boy said he told him to give him his money or he would beat him.

7:30 -- 1425 Main St., Earl W. Brydges Public Library parking lot, larceny. Joanne M. Zellonis said someone took a garage door opener, vehicle papers, a purse with $19 and some clothes from her car.

7:40 -- Ninth Street and Ferry Avenue, arrest. Ernest L. Ruffin, 18, of 10th Street, charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

8:05 -- 1117 Whitney Ave., arrest. Clarence Jessie, 39, charged with failure to pay a fine and surcharge.

9:48 -- 4600 Hyde Park Blvd., criminal mischief. A 17-year-old boy said a man jumped onto his moving car and broke the rearview mirror.

10:10 -- 8521 Krull Parkway, criminal mischief. Deborah A. Clapp said someone broke a window in her car.

10:40 -- 770 15th St., burglary. Ronald F. Wolf said someone took his wallet with two calling cards and personal papers from his apartment.

10:52 -- 23 Centre Court, arrest. Otis G. Rose, 34, of Ontario Avenue, charged with failure to pay a fine.

1:50 -- 1 Niagara St., arrest. Kenneth E. Lindsay, 24, of Hackensack, N.J., charged with criminal impersonation, aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and no insurance.

7 -- 2700 block of Orleans Avenue, arrest. Michael D. Davis, 19, of 18th Street, charged with criminal possession of stolen property, driving while impaired by drugs, leaving the scene of a property damage incident, unlawful possession of marijuana and no seat belt. Yvonne M. Carr said he took a combination TV/VCR from her bedroom.

7:28 -- 1707 Whitney Ave., burglary. Sylvia Smith said someone took her wallet with $200 and license from her locked apartment.

8 -- 629 79th St., assault. A 15-year-old girl said three youths struck and kicked her.

8:37 -- 420 56th St., burglary and criminal mischief. Stephen T. Buck said a man took a five-ton floor jack and some keys and punctured four tires in his garage.

8:40 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. David A. Rivers, 30, of Eighth Street, charged with menacing.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Joann L. Bucko, 30, of Balmer Road, Youngstown, charged with aggravated harassment.

9 -- 551 79th St., 79th Street School, criminal mischief. A custodian said someone broke two double pane windows with a BB gun and rock.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Barbara V. Clinton, 61, of Rainbow Boulevard, charged with failure to appear.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Vincent Jackson, 33, of Niagara Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

9:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Joseph McGhee Jr., 54, of Cleveland Avenue, charged with failure to pay a fine.

10:20 -- 1100 block of Willow Avenue, criminal mischief and larceny. Janine J. White said a man broke into her car and took a cellular phone.

10:30 -- 2000 block of Ferry Avenue, illegal dumping. Police said a man dumped construction debris and after someone told him to pick it up, he began to do so.

10:30 -- 3716 Highland Ave., 3 Ms Club, assault. April Y. Porter said a woman attacked her.

10:40 -- 700 block of 101st Street, criminal mischief. A representative of the Love Canal Revitalization Agency said someone has been driving on lawns, causing extensive damage.

11 -- 5512 Buffalo Ave., JD's, assault. Steven T. Buck said a man punched him in the face.

11:57 -- Rainbow Mall parking ramps, attempted larceny. A security guard said two youths tried to push code buttons on a car to enter.

1:05 -- 900 block of Ontario Avenue, criminal mischief. Cecile McGreagh said someone broke a lens cover on her van's headlight.

1:30 -- 3744 DeVeaux St., criminal mischief. A representative of Pine Ridge Inc. of West Falls said someone broke a window in a company pickup truck and cracked the windshield.

3 -- 600 Mill St., arrest. Jorge J. Costa, 31, of Nashua, N.H., detained for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department in Manchester, N.H.

3:02 -- 400 block of Seventh Street, harassment. A woman said a man threw a kitchen table at her and fought with her and other household members.

3:05 -- 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tops market parking lot, harassment and menacing. Kevin M. Shaw of Cheektowaga said a man threatened him after a close call between their two vehicles.
