LEGION POST TO HOLD RIBBON-CUTTING

American Legion Post 59 at 156 E. Main St. will be cutting the ribbon Friday on its new addition.

The celebration, which gets under way at 7 p.m. Friday, will extend to Saturday afternoon and evening. The 77-year-old post was founded in 1919 by World War I veterans. Two years later, the auxiliary was formed.
