A section of the inbound Kensington Expressway was closed for about five hours -- beginning during Friday's afternoon rush hour -- after a jackknifed tractor-trailer began to leak diesel fuel.
The accident occurred at about 4:40 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the expressway, near the Grider Street exit. No injuries were reported.
A small section of the expressway, from that exit ramp to the entrance ramp from Grider Street, was closed as firefighters cleaned the spill and the rig was towed from the scene. The roadway reopened at about 9:40 p.m.
