HEARING PUT OFF ON BID TO VOID MURDER CONVICTION

Efforts by Anita DiGiulio Marvin and Luciano "Dilly" Spataro to get William Koopman back in Buffalo to overturn their murder convictions will have to wait.

A hearing on their motion has been delayed until at least May 22.

State Supreme Court Justice Joseph S. Forma put off a scheduled April 17 court appearance for Koopman and warned attorneys for the two prisoners they and not local taxpayers will have to pay for Koopman's return.
