PROM PROMISE PROGRAM OFFERS BILLIARDS REWARD

Niagara County high school students who promise not to use harmful substances such as alcohol and narcotics during this spring's prom season will be admitted free to a "spring break" program from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday in Sir Billiards,
6104 Transit Road.

The program will include billiards, refreshments and prizes. Students presenting Prom Promise cards will be admitted free; those without cards will be permitted to sign up at the door. They must promise not to use such substances during the high school prom season, even if they don't attend their prom.

Members of the Prom Promise Club of Students Against Drunk Driving at Lockport High School will be hosts for Saturday's program. Barbara Johnston is the volunteer chairwoman for the Prom Promise program.
