Shea's Performing Arts Center has named Edward J. Wozniak financial services director and Scott Saxon ticketing services manager. Formerly manager of corporate accounting for Tops Markets Inc., Wozniak holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University at Buffalo. Saxon previously was an assistant store manager with Ames Department Stores. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Grove City College.

Curtis Screw Co. Inc. has named William M. Barger marketing manager. He formerly was division president at Duriron Co. Inc. in Angola. A registered professional chemical engineer, Barger holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics/education from Ohio Northern University.

National Equity Development Group, a Buffalo consulting firm, has named Richard P. Radice regional marketing coordinator. He formerly was a marketing representative.

Willcare, a home health care company at 40 Main St., Hamburg, has named Marilee Farry director of patient services. She formerly was branch manager for HSSI Home Care. Susan Reynolds has been promoted to director of operations. An employee for 12 years, she previously was office manager.

Lockport Savings Bank has promoted Kenneth C. Kirsch to vice president and Joseph S. Janowski Jr. to banking officer. Formerly a banking officer, Kirsch holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University at Buffalo. Janowski previously was a commercial loan underwriter. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Lawrence University.

Tops Markets Inc. has promoted Paul Wydro to store director. An employee for 21 years, he most recently served as store manager of the Tops Super Center on Grant Street.

The Buffalo Chapter of Executive Women International has appointed Carol Miller of Joseph Palanker & Sons, and Sharon Boccolucci of Phillips, Lytle, Hitchcock, Blaine & Huber co-chairpersons of the Philanthropy Committee.

The Niagara Frontier Builders' Association Apartment Council has appointed Patrick Burke chairman. He is vice president of E.F. Burke Realty and president of Burke Bros. Construction.

Rochester Community Savings Bank has appointed Deborah A. Glowny to branch office and manager of the branch located at 414 Main St. She formerly was senior customer service representative at M&T Bank. Ms. Glowny, a graduate of Erie Community College, attends the University at Buffalo.

Associated Healthcare, a provider of home oxygen and medical equipment, has appointed Gerard Wojcinski director of respiratory therapy for its Medina location. He previously was staff respiratory therapist at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Wojcinski holds an associate's degree in respiratory care from Erie Community College, an associate's degree in business administration from Niagara County Community College and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo. The company also named Stephen Faives a respiratory care practitioner. He previously was a respiratory therapist at Palomar-Pomerado Hospitals in Poway, Calif. Faives completed his respiratory therapist training at the California College for Health Science.
