2 BICYCLISTS SHOOT AT AUTO, WOUNDING FATHER, GIRL, 7

A 7-year-old Bronx girl was in critical condition Wednesday after two bicyclists wounded her and her father while they rode in the family car, police said.

Melissa Rampersaud was in "very critical condition" in Montefiore Medical Center from a gunshot wound in her chest said hospital spokesman Fred Yaeger.

The shooting happened at 5:50 p.m. in the Williamsbridge section, said Officer Annamarie Viola, a police spokeswoman.

Danesh Ramouth, 23, was driving a gray Toyota with his brother Pauw, 24, and Pauw's 7-year-old daughter in the back seat when two bicyclist about 17 years old fired into the car, Officer Viola said.

Pauw Ramouth was shot in the hand and his daughter was shot in the chest.
