JIM BROWN VISIT TO PUSH PROGRAM

Former football great Jim Brown, who heads Amer-I-Can, a national program aimed at bringing urban communities together and ending gang violence, will visit Buffalo to promote his program.

Brown, a star running back for Syracuse University and the Cleveland Browns who entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will hold a public orientation session to help implement the program's life skills curriculum 4 p.m. Monday in the Langston Hughes Institute, 25 High St.
