He is chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Cold Spring Construction Co. in Akron. The award, which recognizes skill, integrity and responsibility, is the highest honor the association can bestow.

Stanton H. Hudson has been selected to serve as judge for the Public Relations Society of America's Silver Anvil awards. He is assistant professor in the communications studies department at Canisius College and principal of Hudson & Associates, a local public relations firm.
