Three 17-year-olds were arrested late Tuesday in the March 19 robbery of a newspaper carrier, Detective John Donner said.

Martin T. Skuce Jr. of 7158 Nash Road, Jamie Harms of 3059 Niagara Falls Blvd. and Paul Doucet of 7168 Ward Road, all of Wheatfield, were arrested in their homes and charged with second-degree robbery by Donner, Detective Anthony Conte and Sheriff's Investigator Ernest Lavigueur, police said.

The trio, along with a juvenile, are accused of driving up to David Graton, 14, of 56th Street at 8 p.m. March 19 at 60th Street and Devlin Avenue, exiting the vehicle, pushing the boy off his bike, kicking him in the side of the head and forcibly taking $25 from him, Donner said.

Donner said Graton was collecting for his Niagara Gazette newspaper route when he was attacked.
