Area law enforcement officials this week are seeking assistance in tracking down a suspect with a history of crimes involving guns who they say should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.
Wanted is Damion Saulters, described as 21 years of age, standing 5-feet-11 and weighing about 185 pounds.
Police say Saulters, along with another suspect already in custody, is wanted on charges of assault, grand larceny and robbery in connection with a March 10 incident on Glendale Street.
They said Saulters and his accomplice, identified by authorities as William Brown, 17, were involved in the shooting of two people and the theft of their vehicle. The identities of the two victims were withheld by police, but both, they say, have survived the attack. Brown and Saulters are also suspects in the shooting of a third person. The stolen vehicle was recovered later, according to authorities, and Brown was arrested last week.
