5 -- 2488 Woodlawn Ave., arrest. Samuel Toarmino Jr., 30, charged with reckless endangerment after a 17-year-old boy said he shot at him twice from a car.

5:10 -- 400 block of 10th Street, criminal mischief. A woman said a man kicked her door after she threw him out, causing the door to break and the lock to be damaged. She also said a man called her about an hour later and threatened to kill her.

5:50 -- 1300 block of Caravelle Drive, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. A woman said a man caused extensive damage to her door frame and jamb, and also damaged a bedroom door.

6:05 -- 2226 Falls St., arrest. John E. Walton, 29, charged with disorderly conduct.

6:30 -- 621 10th St., Memorial Medical Center, arrest. Floyd L. Fox, 49, of Ottawa, Ont., charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

6:50 -- 1814 Michigan Ave., criminal mischief. James W. Scott said his vehicle's window was shot with a BB gun.

8:15 -- 1800 block of 18th Street, arrest. Roberta J. Williams, 25, of 20th Street, charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

8:30 -- 1020 Portage Road, Fay's Drugs, petit larceny. An employee said two youths tried to leave without paying for two packs of batteries and some 35mm film.

8:45 -- 1920 Lockport St., criminal mischief. Mattie B. Joseph said a piece of granite was thrown through her front window.

9:29 -- 2510 Pine Ave., petit larceny. A 14-year-old boy said his bike was taken from outside of his apartment.

9:40 -- 416 13th St., burglary. Earnest J. Watts said a window in his apartment was broken and miscellaneous food taken from his refrigerator.

12:01 -- 711 Cedar Ave., grand larceny. Annette M. Rollins said a man took her purse with $7, a bank card and personal papers from her bedroom.

6:45 -- 460 Third St., Gibby's Island, attempted arson. James Bellavia said someone tried to torch the building by using a bottle with gasoline and a rag inside to start a fire. A small section of the rear door and loading dock were burned, and the bar also sustained some smoke damage, he said.

Cannot distribute vertically 7:53 -- 441 12th St., criminal mischief. Kelly Stewart said someone slashed two tires of Marlene Fox's car.

8:40 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Brian S. Jones, 16, of Linwood Avenue, charged with robbery.

8:40 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Gina M. Cox, 21, of Shimer Drive, Lockport, charged with failure to pay parking tickets.

8:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Lisa R. Garrison, 32, of Ontario Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

8:45 -- 1929 Welch Ave., larceny. Michael E. Opalka said his toolbox with tools and a test meter were taken.

9:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Jackie L. Wilson, 41, of Ferry Avenue, charged with failure to pay a fine.

9:25 -- 359 Memorial Parkway, arrest. Tyrone J. Perry, 39, of Memorial Parkway, charged with failure to appear.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Phyllis F. Rodrigues, 33, of 10th Street, charged with assault.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Roxanne R. Powell, 38, of Haeberle Avenue, charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and failure to pay a parking ticket.

9:44 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Kathleen M. Surman, 35, of Pasadena Avenue, charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage.

9:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Sharon L. Cassick, 39, of 25th Street, charged with aggravated harassment.

10 -- 456 Sixth St., burglary. Eyvonne Robinson said a man took her VCR after she let him in to use the phone.

11:25 -- 1765 New Road, Nynex, attempted larceny and criminal mischief. An employee said the front gate hasp was bent.

12:20 -- 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tops market, arrest. Michael J. Sweeney, 30, of Kenmore, charged with petit larceny.

1:45 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Chad J. Seefeldt, 18, of 73rd Street, charged with failure to appear.

2:44 -- 1864 South Ave., larceny. David Bongiovanni said his checkbook was taken and Gloria Harman found it and returned it to him with three checks removed.
