HELENE BLOMBERG, RETIRED KENMORE TEACHER

Services for Helene Blomberg, a retired Kenmore teacher, were conducted March 16 in Unitarian Universalist Church of Tarpon Springs, Fla.

Mrs. Blomberg, 74, died March 11, 1995, in her home at Bayonet Point, Fla.

The former Helene Mueller was a Buffalo native and a graduate of Wagner College on Staten Island. She was a substitute teacher in special-education classes in the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda school system and was a longtime secretary for the Greater Buffalo Memorial Society.

She was a member of Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo and moved from the Town of Tonawanda to Florida 4 1/2 years ago.

Survivors include her husband, William F.; two daughters, Jean Connors of Houston, Texas, and Willemina Babb of Colorado; a sister, Dr. Marie Schuh Griffiths of Coral Gables, Fla.; and four grandchildren.[bobrn]
