PIZZA HUT MANAGER ACCUSED OF STEALING DEPOSIT

A manager at a local Pizza Hut restaurant was arrested Saturday on charges he kept $900 that he was supposed to deposit March 16 at Key Bank on Military Road.

David M. Pariso, 24, of 1825 Pine Ave., a manager at the Pizza Hut at 7721 Niagara Falls Blvd., was charged with petit larceny, Detective Anthony Conte said.

Pariso was supposed to deposit the cash and some checks but allegedly kept the money and destroyed the checks, Conte said.

The arrest came after Pizza Hut officials discovered that the account was short by about $900, Conte said.
