Delaware North Companies Inc. has promoted Ronald A. Sultmeier to president os Sportsystems Corp., the company's pari-mutuel racing subsidiary. He formerly was vice president of operations. Sultmeier holds a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and is a certified public accountant.

M&T Bank has promoted Michael R. Nowicki to vice president at its Business Banking Center. He previously was an assistant vice president and manager. Nowicki holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Canisius College and a master's degree in business management from the University at Buffalo. The bank also has promoted Christian N. Boron to vice president and commercial lender in its Western New York Banking department. He formerly was an assistant vice president and manager. Boron holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from UB.

Lumsden & McCormick, certified public accountants, has named Paula A. Smith network administrator. She will act as a liaison for the computer consulting department and the accounting staff. The firm also has announced that Alan D. Draper, Scott B. Schickling and Michelle M. Wyckoff have successfully completed the CPA exam. And Thomas L. Panek has received a certificate by successfully completing "Governmental Accounting and Auditing." He is a supervising senior auditor.

Bristol-Myers Squibb Technical Operations in Buffalo has promoted Lyman G. Wilson to director-materials management in technical operations. Formerly manager-technical services, he holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University at Buffalo and a master's in marketing from Canisius College.

Batty & Hoyt Inc., a regional distributor of material handling equipment and office furniture, has named Joel Schreck branch manager of its Buffalo distributorship. He has been with the company for five years.

Allied Frozen Storage Inc. of Cheektowaga, a public warehousing company, has appointed Anthony R. Burvid Jr. sales and logistics manager. He has more than 10 years experience in the field, most recently as warehousing and distribution manager at Steuben Foods.

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center has named Anne M. Kellick director of public relations. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Mercyhurst College and attends Niagara University. The hospital also has announced that Priscilla N. Addoms, chairman of the auxiliary's Health Education Committee and active volunteer, has been appointed a member of the 1995 Executive Committee on Healthcare Auxiliaries of the Healthcare Association of New York State.
