The Buffalo Bandits, the fourth and final qualifier for the Major Indoor Lacrosse League playoffs, face the top-seed Philadelphia Wings tonight at 8 in a semifinal game in Memorial Auditorium.

The final game of the Buffalo Blizzard's Major Indoor Soccer League season will be played against the Harrisburg Heat Sunday at 2 p.m. in Memorial Auditorium.

A regional qualifier, which has drawn 58 teams, for the Brunswick/ABC World Team Challenge will conclude this weekend at Thruway Lanes. Three-game blocks will be rolled today at 8 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., the top 10 return Sunday at 9 a.m. for the semifinals, with the three survivors reaching the 3 p.m. stepladder finals.

Top manufacturers will have their latest lines available at the Buffalo Boat Show, which runs through Sunday at the Buffalo Convention Center.

Top juniors (18-under) are taking part in the 1995 Speedo U.S. Swimming Junior National Championships-East at the Burt Flickinger Aquatic Center at ECC-City. Prelims today and Sunday start at 9:30 a.m., with finals starting at 6 p.m.

Things to view

All of the NCAA Regional finals will be televised by Channel 4 this weekend. The East final will start Sunday at 2:30 p.m., the Southeast on Saturday at 6 p.m., the Midwest on Sunday at 5 p.m. and the West on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.

The red-hot Philadelphia Flyers are awaiting the Buffalo Sabres on Sunday night for a 7 p.m. game (Empire) in the Spectrum.

The Lipton Championships, the only two-week tournament involving both the top men and women pros, will be televised this weekend by Channel 7. The women's final is today at 1 p.m., and the men's Sunday at 2 p.m.
