Raymond Dolzani , 85, a World War II veteran and Olin Corp. retiree, died Friday (March 24, 1995) in his Buffalo home.
Dolzani was born in Minersville , Pa., and served with the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1945, when he moved to Niagara Falls.
He worked as a chemical operator for Olin in Niagara Falls until he retired in 1972 after 26 years service.
He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church and of the Disabled American Veterans. He had lived in Buffalo since 1989.
Survivors include his wife, the former Anna Leskovitch; a daughter, Linda of Buffalo; and two sisters, Lidia Zanon and Erina , both of Italy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Charles Catholic Church, 5604 Lindbergh Ave., Niagara Falls, following prayers at 9 in the M.J. Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St., Niagara Falls. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
