NIAGARA ST. MAN ADMITS CHARGE OF SELLING COCAINE

A Niagara Falls man, accused of selling cocaine to an undercover police officer twice in August, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance Thursday before Niagara County Judge Charles J. Hannigan.

Eric P. Abrams, 27, of 1706 Niagara St., will be sentenced May 3.

He was indicted for three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and a total of six criminal drug possession charges stemming from incidents in Niagara Falls on Aug. 18 and 22.
