Four Buffalo teen-agers were arrested Wednesday after they were seen driving in a car that had been stolen and used in a robbery in Rochester, a traffic officer reported.
The car was spotted heading west on the Kensington Expressway, the officer said. The car had been stolen from a resident of Henrietta. Information about the robbery was not available.
Charged with possession of stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and traffic-related charges were Gabriel C. Cooper, 16, of Thornton Street, who was driving the car; and passengers John Harris, 19, of Bailey Avenue; Devon Smith, 18, of Olympic Avenue; and John Costner, 17, of Woltz Avenue.
