24TH ST. MAN CONVICTED FOR SELLING COCAINE

Niagara County Judge Charles J. Hannigan has ordered sentencing April 27 for a Niagara Falls man who was convicted of cocaine-selling by a jury late Tuesday.

Frankie L. Scarbrough, 32, of 424 24th St., whose trial began Monday, was convicted of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance stemming from the sale of cocaine to an undercover police agent in Niagara Falls on Feb. 23, 1994.
